TJRJ homologa acordo entre Gilberto Gil e Facebook

O juiz Álvaro Henrique Teixeira de Almeida, da 12ª Vara Cível do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), homologou o acordo firmado entre o músico Gilberto Gil e o Facebook.
O magistrado julgou como extinta a ação contra o Facebook depois que foi cumprida a decisão judicial de remover postagens envolvendo o nome do músico em críticas à operação Lava Jato e ao juiz Sérgio Moro, uma vez que Gilberto Gil se deu por satisfeito com a retirada dos conteúdos e não mostrou interesse em continuar com o processo.
Agora, o cantor deve esclarecer se pretende continuar com a ação em relação ao segundo réu, o site Rede Pensa.
