Juíza marca audiência de alemão que atropelou seis pessoas no Recreio

A juíza Alessandra Bilac, titular da 42ª Vara Criminal, marcou para o dia 30 deste mês a primeira audiência do alemão Carl Philipe Werner, que atropelou seis pessoas no Recreio, Zona Oeste do Rio - matando uma delas - em janeiro deste ano.
Carl Werner responde por homicídio culposo em direção de veículo automotor, lesão corporal e por dirigir sob a influência de álcool.
O veículo, em alta velocidade, capotou de três a quatro vezes antes de atingir as pessoas no ponto de ônibus. De acordo com testemunhas, o motorista havia fugido de uma blitz e era perseguido pela polícia.
