Caso Jaime Gold: Justiça condena primeiro e terceiro menores envolvidos

A juíza Michelle de Gouvêa Pestana Sampaio, da Vara da Infância e Juventude da Capital, condenou o primeiro e o terceiro menores apreendidos por envolvimento na morte do médico Jaime Gold. De acordo com a sentença, os dois jovens deverão cumprir medidas socioeducativas e internação por até três anos. Eles irão permanecer sob os cuidados do Departamento Geral de Ações Socioeducativas (Degase).
O Ministério Público havia pedido a condenação do primeiro porque, de acordo com os autos, foi reconhecido pela testemunha ocular. O segundo menor, apreendido por agentes da Divisão de Homicídios, foi absolvido. O processo corre em segredo de Justiça.
